Terms and Conditions of Manoli e.U.

Introduction:

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the terms and conditions on which you may access and use the Manoli website (“Website”) and, if applicable, purchase any products via the Website. All deliveries and services provided by Manoli e.U. are based on these Terms. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these conditions. Any deviations require our written confirmation. The customer is obliged to provide truthful information.

These terms and conditions were last updated in August 2024.

Prices:

The prices of our products and delivery charges are as quoted on our Website, except in the case of obvious error. All prices are displayed in Euro, inclusive of EU VAT where applicable. All products you order through the Website will remain the property of Manoli until we have dispatched them and received payment in full from you. Payment may be made by debit or credit card, through finance, or other methods listed on the Website when placing an order. If any payment is refused after dispatch, we reserve the right to request payment or recover the relevant products. We may charge you for any costs incurred in recovering the products or seeking further payment.

Delivery of Products:

Products featured on the Website may be available for direct-to-home delivery. Please refer to the relevant product pages for details. If a product you ordered is not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide an estimated dispatch date. If you do not accept the revised dispatch date, you will be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund.

Cancel or Return an Order:

We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. If you change your mind and wish to return any non-custom product, notify us by emailing “Webshop Return” to ciao@manoligrips.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Once notified, return the product in its original condition within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product and ensuring it reaches our workshop. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted. 

Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights in the Website and material published or available via the Website (including but not limited to text, graphics, photos, logos, button icons, images, trademarks, audio and audiovisual clips, databases, data compilations, documents, data, and software) belong to us (or our licensors) and are licensed (not sold) to you subject to these Terms. You have no rights to the Website or the material other than the limited right of use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, repost, or commercially exploit the content without our prior written consent.

Please note that our Manoli Leather Grips are protected by Patent. 

Data Protection:

By concluding a purchase contract, you agree to the use of your data for advertising purposes (e.g., newsletters). This consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except for necessary service providers to fulfill the contract. The processing of your personal data is in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Detailed information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Errors:

Obvious errors, such as typos, printing errors, and calculation errors in the product presentation on our website or in the creation of an order confirmation, delivery note, or invoice, are not binding.

Product Issues:

If there is a defect in the delivered product, send a photo of the defect and a detailed description to ciao@manoligrips.com. We will promptly get in touch to inform you about return, exchange, and other options. Handcrafted products may show slight variations and irregularities typical of individual craftsmanship. Leather items may vary in color and texture due to their natural properties; these are not considered defects and are not covered by the warranty.

Extended 5-Year Warranty:

Manoli offers customers within the EU an extended product warranty for up to 5 years. Returns of all Manoli Leather Grips are accepted under the following conditions, provided they have not been altered or modified. Proof of purchase is required for return processing. Damage caused by moisture exposure is excluded from the 5-year warranty.

Returns Criteria:

The warranty excludes damages from normal wear and tear, natural wear, or improper use. Handcrafted products may display slight variations and irregularities typical of individual craftsmanship. Leather items may vary in color and texture due to their natural properties, which are not considered defects and are not covered by the warranty.

Return Process:

Please return the item along with a copy of the invoice to the address provided. You are responsible for the product until it reaches our workshop. Upon assessment, we will repair or replace any pair of Manoli Grips free of charge and cover the return shipping costs.

Offer Duration and Withdrawal:

This offer is effective from May 1st, 2024. Manoli reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

Liability:

We accept no liability for damages arising from the use of our products, especially if these damages result from improper use, misuse, or mishandling.

Invoicing:

You will receive a link to download your digital invoice via email after your order.

Jurisdiction:

Place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Vienna. The law of the Republic of Austria applies exclusively.
